Yale Alumni Non-Profit Bay Area -- Climate for Change

YANA Bay Area Kickoff (with networking) followed by presentation "How a Climate Nonprofit Built Its Strategic Plan: Lessons and Practical Tips from the Business Council on Climate Change."

The Bay Area Kickoff begins with a networking and social hour with refreshments followed by a presentation, "How a Climate Change Nonprofit Built Its Strategic Plan" from Maura Fallon-McNight of The Business Council on Climate Change and Jonathan Becker MC'87 of This Team Works.

YANA Bay Area is starting this academic year on October 30 at the offices of Hanson Bridgett with an opening event that will not only address a major issue for non-profits, strategic planning, but will also offer an opportunity for socializing and networking (along with refreshments). This event will also include non-YANA members associated with California’s environmental action networks.

More information on the event is available at the YANA website's Bay Area Page.

Tickets are available through eventbrite -- $15 general admission and $5 for recent grads.

Drinks and light appetizers will be served. Networking 6:00 pm; Presentation 7:30 pm
