Food, Drinks and...Personal Finances?

In a city like San Francisco, who can't benefit from a budget? Did you ever wonder where those 401(k) contributions actually go? Come eat great food and hang out with fellow recent grads all while learning about financial life after Yale!

April 1, 2014
Pete's Tavern
128 King Street, San Francisco
6:30-9:30 pm

Stephen Blum, AYA Senior Director for Strategic Initiatives and Branford College Residential Fellow, wants to share his years of wisdom in the financial world with the Yale Club of San Francisco, so come eat some great food, drink some great drinks and learn about the following issues:

• How do I budget/plan for the long run?

• Tell me more about ETFs, IRAs, HSAs, Roth 401k's and all those other  acronyms!

• How do I build my credit score?

• How can taxes affect investing?

• How can I learn to save/invest?

• What are some useful rules of thumb?

If you've ever been curious or confused about any of the above, you won't want to miss this session!
