Gentle Yoga Class for Yale Alumni with Melissa Lago (JE '04)

Enjoy a relaxing class and meet other Yale alumni interested in yoga! All levels are welcome!

Melissa Lago, M.A., began studying yoga when she was fifteen years old as a way to calm her mind and merge her love for movement and dance with meditation. She has studied Ashtanga, Anusara, Kundalini, Prana Flow, Aroma Yoga, mindfulness
based yoga, and most recently restorative yoga and yoga for the back. Melissa currently teaches yoga at 4th Street Yoga in Berkeley and at Holy Names University (HNU) in Oakland. In addition to teaching yoga at HNU, she is an adjunct professor in HNU’s Department of Arts and Humanities, and regularly lectures on yoga from a theological perspective.
