Special Events for Yale Alumni at the Cutting Ball Theater
 
The Cutting Ball Theater presents Strindberg Cycle: The Chamber Plays in Rep, a once in a lifetime marathon event of short plays by the father of modern drama. See StormBurned HouseThe Ghost SonataThe Pelican and The Black Glove performed together for the first time in any language. Yale alumni lead the production team including artistic director Rob Melrose (Yale Drama '97), set designer Michael Locher (Yale Drama '08), lighting designer York Kennedy (Yale Drama '90), costume designer Anna Oliver (Yale Drama '92) and managing director Suzanne Appel (Yale Drama and SOM '11).
 
Join fellow Yalies on the following special Yale event nights: 
  • The Ghost Sonata on Sunday, October 14 at 5PM (Yale Club pre-show discussion at 4PM)
  • The Pelican and The Black Glove on Thursday, October 25 at 7:30PM (Yale Club pre-show discussion at 6:30PM)
  • Storm and Burned House on Friday, November 2 at 8PM preceded by a discussion and party at the apartment of Yale Club Board Member Wayne Lew and his wife Vivian Fei Tsen near Union Square (please register at wayneandfei-strindberg2012.eventbrite.com, in addition to purchasing a ticket for the performance through the website below). 

Tickets are $15 for these select performances and may be purchased at http://strindberg.cuttingball.com.  If you are unable to make these specific performance dates, as a member of the Yale Club of San Francisco you will receive a discount on all non-preview performances by entering discount code "YCSF." (Excluded dates include November 10, 11, 17 and 18.)
