Lecture & Meditation Experience

This event is suitable for total beginners although all are welcome. You will experience 3 brief (~10 minutes each) easy meditations - a kundalini meditation, a lovingkindess meditation and a guided meditation.

Interspersed between meditations, Stephanie will share stories about the benefits of meditation, how a person's energy directs his or her life in areas such as health and relationships, and her personal experiences including the Miracle of Roses.

You will leave with a list of suggested books, songs and guided meditations.
Stephanie Jones created Singing Meditation and Breathwork Meditation classes for Crunch gyms and has also taught meditation at Lululemon, SELF Magazine's Workout in the Park and Sports Club / LA. Her healing work has been featured in Daily Candy San Francisco and Time Out New York. She has written on energy healing for The Washington Post Express and on spiritual pregnancy for Spirit Voyage. She has trained with Gurmukh, Doreen Virtue and the co-creator of Source Point. She graduated from Yale College in 2000.
